The Tweed Chamber of Commerce & Industry is proud to announce its newly elected executive board for the upcoming term. Comprising experienced and passionate business leaders, the board is committed to fostering growth, innovation, and collaboration within the Tweed business community.

Leading the new executive team is President Colin Usher, who brings extensive experience and a vision for strengthening local businesses. Supporting him is Vice President Sarah Robinson, who is well-known for her strategic insights and dedication to economic development.

The board’s core leadership also includes Secretary Peter Sibilant, whose organisational expertise ensures the Chamber’s initiatives run seamlessly, and Treasurer Karen Hillen, who brings strong financial acumen to her role.

Committee Members include returning members Belinda Dinsey, Julie West, and Lisa Weeks, each bringing their unique strengths and experience to the table. The Chamber also extends a warm welcome to three new committee members: Jarrod Thomas, Lyndall Guinery-Smith, and Mark Humpheries, who bring fresh perspectives and energy to the team.

The Chamber would like to express its deepest gratitude to outgoing President Warren Polglase OAM. Over his remarkable 34 years of service with the Tweed Chamber of Commerce, Warren has been a steadfast advocate for the Tweed business community, playing a pivotal role in shaping its economic landscape. His legacy of dedication and leadership will continue to inspire the Chamber’s future endeavours.

The newly elected board is eager to continue the Chamber’s mission of supporting businesses in the Tweed region by creating opportunities, advocating for local industries, and fostering a sense of unity among members. Key priorities for the new term include building robust partnerships, enhancing member services, and driving initiatives that promote sustainable growth and innovation.
