Founded in 2018, YEP Careers Pty Ltd is passionate about creating innovative solutions for career pathways and employment for people of all ages, in particular our youth. As a social impact organisation, with extensive experience in entrepreneurism, human resources, education, and community development, we have developed a suite of entrepreneur, leadership and employability skills development programs which support, guide and inspire individuals and organisations to reach their full potential.
Being supported by successful local business mentors our program participants are immersed in the local innovation ecosystem, where they have the opportunity to build and expand their network, be referred to people and organisations that are able to help them realise their potential whether that be in pursing their business idea or through employment.
Our programs include Youth Entrepreneur Program YEP11, Young Entrepreneurs Start HERE, Your Empowered Pathway, YEP 2 Social Change, Career Development Program and the resource My Career Passport.
