North Coast Community Housing Company Ltd (NCCHC) is a
not-for-profit company managing long-term social housing
for people with special needs and residents with low &
moderate incomes in the far north coast region of NSW.

NCCHC is the largest community housing provider in this
region currently managing in excess of 800 properties
within local government areas in the region, some of which
are located in the Tweed Shire.

Planning is well under way for future expansion of the
Company's property portfolio and growth will continue to
be sourced from stock transfers from Housing NSW, new
acquisitions including redeveloped properties, and
properties developed by NCCHC in partnership with other
regional organisations.

NCCHC operates from a central office located in Lismore,
and two branch offices in South Tweed Heads and Grafton.
